Customer satisfaction is a priority. This policy defines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Return Period
Customers have 30 days from the receipt of their order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

2. Eligible Products
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Undamaged

  • Returned in their complete original packaging

  • Accompanied by all tags, instructions, or accessories included

Sale, discounted, personalized, or perishable items cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

3. Return Procedure
Return requests must be made via the "Contact" section on the website, including the order number.
A confirmation and instructions will be sent via email.
The item must be returned within the specified time frame to the provided return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility (in cases of defective or incorrect items).

5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the customer will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of the return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If rejected (damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant items), no refund will be issued.

6. Exchanges
In some cases, a product exchange may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.
